ORDERING and PRICING
The products items offered on perfume.com.au™ are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order request in whole or in part, or we may cancel an existing order for any reason.
We will process your order once you have completed an order form and we have received your payment details. An e-mail confirmation of the order will be forwarded to you.
NOTE: Some miniature sizes and vials may be marked "NOT FOR SALE" or "SAMPLE ONLY". This wording only applies to retailers who are under contractual agreements with authorized distributors/manufacturers, and who obtain them at no charge for promotional purposes.
The prices quoted on perfume.com.au™ are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are fully inclusive of government taxes (GST).
PAYMENTS
perfume.com.au™ accepts most major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, via our secure online ordering system. This is the quickest and most reliable way to pay for your order. It is 100% SAFE and SECURE and we have never had a security breach. Credit cards are charged when the order is placed and sent out within 1 to 2 business days unless the item is out of stock, in which case you will be notified. Note we do NOT charge your credit card if the stock is unavailable.
The merchant name that will appear on your credit card statement is "perfume.com.au sales"
You may also pay via telephone, quoting your credit card number, or by Money Order and PayPal. Sometimes there may be delays when choosing these methods.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS - BACKORDERS
To cancel an order placed, we require at least two working days (Monday to Friday) notice of cancellation prior to the delivery of your goods. This can be done via phone, fax or in an email provided we receive it and acknowledge receipt thereof.
Backorders are accepted but we reserve the right to pass on price increases if applicable. You will be notified in such cases, and have the right to cancel your order.

perfume.com.au™ displays various images of the items it sells. In some cases where a manufacturer has updated their name, brand or design, or released a special edition version, the updated image may not be available. This is very rare but does happen occasionally.
Miniatures and some samples sizes may be represented by an image of the fragrances larger sized bottle.
