We're not convinced that all perfume web sites are offering
the same truly authentic products that we do. Over the past
3 to 4 years we have seen new perfume web sites pop up nearly
every week! Some make all sorts of promises and our research
has shown that a lot operate from post office boxes
and mobile phones. (Consumer Affairs Departments
warn consumers against dealing with businesses that only provide
a post office box address).
Also we have discovered that a vast percentage of other web
sites selling perfume are just agents. They hand-ball the orders
they get to overseas warehouses who then deliver the products
directly to the ordering customer. It is called 'Drop Shipping'
and this is disturbing because
personal details, private phone numbers and even credit card
numbers can end up overseas where privacy rules may not
be as strict as here in Australia.
These web sites that hand-ball the orders, never see the products
that are delivered, but still claim they are genuine. Many sites
look really big and professional, but they're not, they just
look like they are.
Note: HIGH DELIVERY FEES - Where another web site charges high
delivery fees, we may have to take that into consideration when

Since our company Director appeared as an expert on Channel
Sevens ‘Today Tonight’ program regarding a story
on fake perfume, we have received dozens of enquiries regarding
fake perfume. Many from people who bought off eBAY. We tested
bottles sent to us, and most were fake or found to be stale
stock. Obviously we can not price match our fresh genuine perfumes
against what could be fakes or stale perfume on eBAY. Honestly
eBay is one of the worst places to buy genuine perfume. Don't
get stung.

The majority of fake and stale perfume is sold at markets. We’re
just not going to even bother comparing our fresh genuine products
with those sold there.
