The reason is because we are mainly importers that sell
DIRECT to the public. This cuts out agents and
wholesalers. We pay all Australian Customs Duties, GST and other

3. HOW to ORDER
Ordering is as EASY
as 1, 2, 3.
1) Browse the web site, and CLICK on the products you want.
2) Select size and any options you want, and then CLICK the 'Add to Cart'
button.
3) CLICK on 'Checkout' and complete the secure
order form.
OR simply give us a telephone call and we'll gladly organise your
order.
4. Do you provide free samples?
Yes. Whenever you order from perfume.com.au™ you have
the option to select a FREE
sample which is included with your order.
5. Can you get a perfume product for me
that is not on your site?
Yes, quite possibly. perfume.com.au™ has an extensive
global supplier network which ensures our product availability range
is very large, so yes, we just might be able to find what you're
looking for, even if its been discontinued. If you have ordered
an item before but don't see it listed anymore, it is most likely
just sold out. We are normally able to replenish stock within a
week.

7. Can I pay with my credit card by phone?
Yes you can. Simply select 'Pay by Phone' on the order form. A perfume.com.au™
staff member will later call you (during normal business hours)
to request your credit card details or you can call us.
8. Can I get my order gift wrapped?
Yes. perfume.com.au™ offers a gift wrapping service for all orders.
We don't use cheap coloured paper, or tacky ribbon. We guarantee
our gift wrapping service will not embarrass you.
9. How will I know when my order has been
sent?
After placing your order, an e-mail confirmation will automatically
be sent to you with your unique order number. Orders are normally
despatched from our warehouse within 24 hours after the order has
been placed.
10. What does EDT and EDP mean?
These terms all refer to the strength of the fragrance, or more
specifically the ratios of water and alcohol that has been added
to the fragrance oils.
EDP = Eau de Parfum: Lasts 4 to 8 hours. 8% - 15%
perfume oil.
EDT = Eau de Toilette: Lasts 3 to 6 hours. 4% -
10% perfume oil.
EDC = Eau de Cologne: Lasts up to 3 hours. 2% -
5% perfume oil.
A/S = After Shave: Lasts 2 to 3 hours. 3% or less
perfume oil.
