WATCH OUT FOR PERFUME SITES WHO DO NOT HOLD STOCK
Many perfume web sites in Australia are simply agents, who operate out of a home office and never hold any stock. Some have flashy web sites, and look like that are really big companies when in fact they are not. They get your order and hand-ball all your personal details to their overseas contacts, who arrange packing & delivery. The item then slowly makes it way into Australia undergoing all sorts of handling and extremes of temperature.

WE TAKE EXTRA CARE
Here at perfume.com.au™ many of our items are stored safely in our own retail shop, warehouse, or with our Australian suppliers. We ensure each bottle is carefully packed. This keeps your perfume cool and safe from breakages during transit.

INSURANCE
For your added peace of mind all our goods are covered by transit insurance and by our product guarantee and returns policy. There is NO risk to you what-so-ever.

SIGNATURE on DELIVERY
Our couriers require a signature on delivery, otherwise they will leave a card with details of where you can collect from. We recommend you use a work address if you're not going to be home during business hours. It's much quicker.

STANDARD DELIVERY & INSURANCE

- Often next day to Melb, Syd, & Adelaide. See below for conditions*
- Approximately 2 to 5 business days for city areas.
- 5+ days for country areas.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
If the delivery details given by you are incorrect, and thus affecting delivery, we may have to charge an additional delivery charge. Please take care when giving us this crucial information. Thank-you.

For security reasons we can not usually deliver to Post Office boxes. However, if you are in an area that only has this facility we understand. Please mention so in the feedback section of the order form, or call us and let us know on 1800 PERFUME (1800 737 386).

* Next Day Deliveries
Because we stock most of our items, often if you place your order before 9.00AM Monday to Thursdays, we are able to process it immediately, which means if you live in the suburban areas of Melbourne, Sydney or Adelaide, there is a very high chance you will receive it the next day! We can't always guarantee this but promise to do our best.
