any stock. They get your order and hand-ball all your details
to their overseas contacts, who arrange packing & delivery.

place each bottle (stored in our air conditioned warehouse)
into a protective bag, and then into a strong cardboard box
filled with insulation beads. This keeps your perfume cool
and safe from breakages during transit.
INSURANCE
For your added peace of mind all our goods are covered by transit
insurance and by our product
guarantee and returns policy. There is NO
risk to you what-so-ever.
SIGNATURE on DELIVERY
Our couriers require a signature on delivery, otherwise they
will leave a card with details of where you can collect from.
We recommend you use a work address if you're
not going to be home during business hours. It's much quicker.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
If the delivery details given by you are incorrect, and thus
affecting delivery, we may have to charge an additional delivery
charge. Please take care when giving us this crucial information.

For security reasons we cannot usually deliver to
Post Office boxes.However, if you are in an area
that only has this facility we understand. Please mention so

* Next Day Deliveries
Because we stock most of out items, often if you place your
order before 10.00AM Monday to Thursdays, we are able to process
it immediately, which means if you live in the suburban areas
of Melbourne, Sydney or Adelaide, there is a very high chance
you will receive it the next day! We promise
