CHARLIE BLUE was designed by Revlon in 1973. With top notes of citrus, peach and jasmine. Heart notes of rose, lily of the valley and carnation and the base of the fragrance being cedarwood, oakmoss and vanilla. Charlie Blue is recommended for casual daytime use.
